摘  要:为评价甲苯二异氰酸酯的雄性生殖毒性,观察了吸入染毒TD I后,睾丸组织的形态学上和酶水平的变化,以及对生殖细胞RNA/DNA含量的影响.结果表明:在本实验染毒时间和染毒剂量范围内,TD I对雄性的生殖毒性主要表现为对各级生精细胞均有一定的毒性作用,作用的靶点是细胞内的线粒体;TD I通过影响各种酶的活性,干扰了睾丸组织的有氧代谢和无氧供能,抑制了细胞对能量的利用,损伤了各级生精细胞,导致生精上皮不可逆的损害,从而造成了其对雄性生殖系统的损伤;TD I对雄性生殖细胞的核酸代谢以及DNA合成有一定影响.充分说明TD I在形态学、酶和基因水平上对雄性生殖系统均具有一定的毒性作用.Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) was an atmospheric contaminant. To evaluate the arrenotokous toxic action and the related mechanism of TDI, the tissue diversifications of testes at the level of morphology and enzyme were observed and the effect on content of RNA/DNA in arrenotokous cells was evaluated. Results showed that TDI induced toxic action on spermatogenic cell, while the chondriosome was its target within the length and concentrations. TDI interfered not only with the energy-supply process of aerobic and anaerobic glycolysis, but also with the energy-utilization in testis tissue by affecting enzyme activities. In addition, TDI also damnified spermatogenic cell and led to irreversible harm on spermatogenic epithelium. All these resulted in toxic action on arrenotokous system. TDI had certain restraining effects on nucleic acid metabolism and DNA composition in arrenotokous cell. All the evidences sufficiently proved that TDI had certain arrenotokous toxic action on the level of morphology, enzyme and gene.
