摘 要:提出了融于速率控制策略的蜂窝移动通信网络的拥塞“软处理”方法。实验结果表明,该方法硬件实现简单并能动态分配移动通信网络资源。利用双时钟“软处理”方法及时预防和解除网络拥塞,使移动通信网络能稳定工作,有效地保证移动通信网络的服务质量。且采用降速机制确保高优先级的呼叫服务质量。该模型具有缓解拥塞时间短、呼叫等待处理时间短,呼损率低等特点。A Congestion "Soft" process method crasising access-rate Control in Cellular Mobile Communication Networks has been proposed, The control model can easily be realized on hardware, The method was simulated on an experimental system. Its performance has been analyzed. It is proved that the model can dynamically allocate bandwidth, and utilized effectively resource, The double-clock "soft" process method is used to prevent and eliminate congestion on time to ensure the QoS of cellular mobile communication networks. Moreover, a reducing rate method is utilized to ensure the QoS of advancer call in CDMA mobile communication networks. It makes cell drop ratio less and waiting time shorter, Congestion is free quickly.
