摘　　要：目的 建立抗病毒滴丸中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中连翘苷的含量，色谱条件：ODS C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，乙腈-水（32：68）为流动相；流速：0．7ml·min^-1；检测波长：230nm。结果 连翘苷浓度范围在0．248～2．48mg·L^-1之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．7％，RSD为1．77％。结论 该方法准确、可靠、专属性强，可用于抗病毒滴丸的质量控制。Aim To establish a method for the determination of forsythin in Anti-virus Dropping Pills. Methods Forsythin in fructus forsythiae was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were ODS：C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） as analytic column, acetonitrile-water（32： 68） as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 230 nm and the flow rate being 0.7 ml · min^-1. Results The linearity of forsythin in the range of 0. 248 ～ 2.48 mg · L^-1 was good, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery is 97.7%, and RSD is 1.77%. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of antivirus droping pills.
