摘　　要：依据Paparizov等的改良法提取胎牛脑活素,工艺简单,提取率高。本法制备的脑活素含有24种氨基酸,以1ml/0.5g脑组织的提取液计,氨基酸含量30mg/ml,多肽为10mg/ml,乙酰胆碱活性为1200 mmol/L。经多种疾病试用证明有显著疗效。Cerebrolysin injection was derived from embryonic calf brains using improved paparizov's method which proved to be simple and highly effective. It was found that the injection had more than twenty four kinds of amino acid measured by the unit of 2 ml/0. 5 g brain tissue: amino acid 30 mg/ ml,polypeptide 10 mg/ml, the activity of acetylcholine: 1200 mmol/L. The result showed that it was very effective on various kinds of diseases.
