摘　　要：目的提高对支原体肺炎的认识。方法对2例有特殊临床表现的支原体肺炎的临床资料进行分析,并结合文献复习。结果支原体肺炎临床表现不具有特异性,可有复杂的肺外表现,诊断需综合临床分析。结论虽然支原体肺炎的肺外表现并不多见,但应给予重视,以免贻误病情。Objective To enhance the cognition to mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods To Clinic data from two mycoplasma pneumoniae with special clinic manifestations were analyzed and literature review was conducted. Results Clinic manifestation of mycoplasma pneumoniae was not differential, and myciplasma pneumoniae possessed complex extrapulmonary manifestations. Its diagnosis needed to be analyzed synthetically. Conclusion Although the extrapulmonary manifestations of mycoplasma pneumoniae is rare, it should be given sufficient attention.
