摘 要:目的通过实施层级全责护理模式,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。方法改变排班模式将护理单元缩小,保证患者住院期间得到固定护士的连续性护理。结果患者知道并能称呼主管护士的叫出率由实施层级全责护理前的31.71%上升至76.14%(P<0.01);在与干预措施密切相关的6个方面观察组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论层级全责护理模式有利于提供连续性护理服务,使护士树立“我的患者”的观念,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To improve the satisfactory rate of patients by using the full responsibility gradation nursing pattern. Methods Reforming the nursing scheduling and diminishing the nursing unit to assure the patients could acquire the continuous and stable nursing service when they were in the hospital. Results The ratio of patients can recognize their nurses were from 31.7196 to 76.14% after using the nursing intervention, P〈 0.01. The difference between the observation group and the control group were significant in the 6 aspects which have related with the intervention measures. Conclusion The full responsibility gradation nursing pattern can provide the continuous nursing, and then improve the satisfactory rate of patients.
