摘　　要：根据CaO-S iO2-A l2O3三元相图研制开发了一种中间包碱性覆盖剂,研究了其与酸性和中性覆盖剂吸收A l2O3夹杂的能力,指出碱性覆盖剂吸收A l2O3夹杂的能力优于酸性和中性覆盖剂,并通过工业试验验证了所研制的碱性覆盖剂具有较好的冶金效果.In this paper a type of basic tundish covering flux has been developed according to the phase diagram of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3. The capacity of absorbing Al2O3 inclusions of the fulx as well as those of acid and neutral tundish covering fluxes was experimentally studied, and it is found that the basic tundish covering flux has greater capacity of absorbing Al2O3 inclusions. The industrial test has also proved that the basic tundish covering flux is of good metallurgical effects.
