摘  要:导出了包括氧化铝中-αA l2O3含量、电流效率、电解温度和室温四变量在内的碳阳极铝电解的理论能耗和理论能耗电压计算公式.进一步提出铝电解技术参数相互适应原理,根据这一原理,随着电解技术条件的改变及时调整能量平衡,电流效率将会提高.本文还导出了惰性阳极电解的理论能耗和理论能耗电压计算公式.An equation to calculate the theoretical energy consumption and theoretical energy consumption voltage was presented in this paper. It is a function of α-Al2O3 fraction in alumina, electrolysis temperature, current efficiency and ambient temperature. Furthermore, a principle adapting energy input to change of electrolysis process conditions was presented, and the current efficiency can be increased by adjusting the energy balance according to this principle. An equation to calculate the theoretical energy consumption and theoretical energy consumption voltage for aluminium electrolysis with inert anode was also presented.
