高氏解烟毒保健营养液(JYD)抗动物脂质过氧化作用和增强超氧化物歧化酶活性研究

摘　　要：本文利用高氏解烟毒保健营养液(JYD)研究其抗脂质过氧化作用、对烟的清除作用、以及对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。体外实验结果表明,JYD能明显清除小鼠肝组织中脂质过氧化产物(LPO)的含量。JYD有效剂量为0.1—3g/L,对LPO清除率可达87.4%,并能完全清除由烟毒引起的LPO升高。体内实验表明,小鼠经连续喂药16天后,对小鼠肝、脑组织中的LPO有明显清除作用(P<0.01),并具量效关系,并能完全清除烟毒引起的LPO升高。对肝、脑组织中SOD活性有明显的增强作用(P<0.01),并有明显的量效关系。可完全清除烟毒引起的SOD活性的损伤。实验证明,JYD是一种有效的抗氧化作用和增强SOD活性的保健营养液,具有保护吸烟者免受毒害的功能。In order to determine the mixture of Chinese herbs which can eliminate lipid peroxide (LPO) and its effect on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,we investigated the result in vivo and in vitro by using homogenate of mice liver and brane.The results in vitro show that JYD can reduee signifieantly the content of LPO. The effecrive dose of JYD is 0.1—3g/L. Moreover,the highest inhibition rate was found to be 87.4% in a dose-dependent relationship. Meanwhile,JYD can completely remove the LPO induced by tobacco tar. The results in vivo indicate that JYD can inhibit the LPO content of mice liver and brahe after 16 days of continugus administration,in a dose-dependent relationship. At the same time,JYD can completely clear LPO from tobacco tar. Meanwhile,JYD can also significantly enhance the activity of SOD and eliminate the decrease of SOD activity caused by tobacco tar. The test suggests that JYD is an effective antioxidant and synergist of SOD activity.
