摘　　要：在乌洛托品硝解制备RDX的工艺基础上,研究结晶过程的几种因素对产品酸度的影响。通过控制析晶点来控制结晶过程的各个因素,可降低大粒度产品的酸度,从而削备出符合美军标的RDX产品。on the basis of the technology of preparation of RDX via HA nitrolysis, this paper discusses the effect of each factor in crystallization on the acidity of the product. By controlling the crystallization point and each factor in crystallization, the acidity of the big-grain product can be reduced so that the RDX product which conforms to the American Military Standard can be prepared.
