摘　　要：车多路少、城市交通拥挤、交通发展与资源的利用不协调、交通造成的环境污染严重等城市交通问题越来越引起人们的关注。解决这些问题必须遵守环境承载力原则、公平性原则、协调性原则和资源消耗速率原则;采取解放思想、科学规划、倡导城市经营理念,加大对交通基础设施的投入,以公交为主体、各种交通方式相结合的综合型立体交通体系,最终实现城市交通的可持续发展。people are more and more concerned with urban transportation problems such as more vehicles and fewer roads, jam, disharmony between the transportation development and resources uses, and serious environmental pollution from transportation. To solve them, we should observe the principles of environmental carrying capacity, justice, harmony and resourees consumption rate, adopt ideas of emancipating thoughts, scientific program and advocating urban management, invest more in transportation basic facilities, and develop hard the way of comprehensive solid transportation system of which the public transportation is the main body, combined with various transportation means to realize finally the continuable development of urban transportation.
