摘　　要：文章从高校卫生保健的现状和存在的问题以及社会老龄化等方面阐述了高校卫生保健实施全科医学模式的可能性与必要性。同时根据作者所在单位实施全科医学的实践,提出了实施高校卫生保健模式转型的具体步骤和方法。This article aims to state the possibility and necessity to implement the model of general practice in university healthcare from the perspectives of its status quo, problems and the ageing society. It also puts forward some methodologies and procedures about the transformation of implementing the model of the university healthcare in terms of the author＇s practice in his unit.
