摘 要:目的 为了探讨西部大开发中天然林保护工程的实施对莱姆病自然疫源地特征的影响。方法 选择了原始林区、苗圃林区和农牧业区三个样区,从媒介、宿主以及人群感染等自然疫源地特征方面分析了自然环境变化对莱姆病传播的影响。结果原始林区,莱姆病的媒介、宿主在种群数量、种群多样性指数方面均高于苗圃林区和农牧业区;媒介和宿主潜能以及自然疫源地活力也显著高于苗圃林和农牧业区;农牧业区莱姆病的媒介、宿主在种群数量、种群多样性指数方面均低于苗圃林区。结论 原始林区保护工程的实施对于莱姆病的媒介、宿主在一定程度上起保护作用,其潜能、自然疫源地活力等增加,人群感染的危险性明显增高,提示了对进入原始林保护区的人员加强防护与监测的必要性。Objectives To elucidate the effects of natural forests protection on the epidemical characters of Lyme disease, natural forests areas, nursery forests areas and agricultural areas were sampled on the same time during 2002-2004. Specimens collected include ticks, rodents and venous bloods of habitants were analyzed for the risk of Lyme diseases. Results Results showed that natural forests have more efficient vector tick species and potential reservoir hosts than nursery forests and agricultural areas, which means high risk and epidemic foci value in natural forests than those in nursery forests and agricultural areas. While natural foci value of Lyme disease in agricultural areas is less than nursery forests areas. So the protection of natural forests improved the risk of Lyme disease, which should be prevented by more surveillance and protection measures.
