摘　　要：文章运用正交试验的方法,分析了细纱机牵伸元件摇架、胶辊、隔距块、上销在不同水平配合下对细纱粗、细节、条干、棉结等成纱指标的影响,并找出了不同指标下的最优组合方案。This paper uses orthogonality experiment method to analyse the match effect of spinning drawing element of cradle,glue roller,spacer and top stud on the yarn quality index of thick spot,thin spot,nep and CV value,finds out the optimum combination programme to different physical target.
