摘  要:目的分离并鉴定兰科植物云南石仙桃(Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe)全草的体积分数为60%乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、凝胶柱色谱法、反相硅胶柱色谱法以及高效液相色谱法进行分离和纯化,并根据理化常数和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到了6个化合物,分别为4-(3-羟基-2-甲氧基苯基)2-丁-酮(4-(3-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanone,Ⅰ)、4-(3-羟基苯基)-2-丁酮(4-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone,Ⅱ)、(R)-(+)-lasiodiploidin(Ⅱ)、(-)-松脂素((-)-pinoresinol,Ⅳ)、(-)-丁香脂素((-)-syringaresinol,Ⅴ)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitoster01)(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从植物中分离得到,Ⅲ~Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the 60 % ethanol ( ψ = 60 % ) extract of the whole plant of Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents and their structures were elucidated on the basis of the chemical evidence and spectroscopic analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as 4-( 3-hydroxy-2- methoxyphenyl)-2-butanone ( Ⅰ ), 4-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone ( Ⅱ), (R)-( + )-lasiodiploidin ( Ⅲ ), (-)-pinoresinol ( Ⅳ ), (-)-syringaresinol ( Ⅴ ) and β-sitosterol (Ⅵ). Conclusions Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from plants for the first times, and compounds Ⅲ-Ⅴ were isolated from the genus of Pholidota for the first time.
