摘　　要：目的对中药蛇床子的化学成分和生物活性作一综述。方法按照化合物的结构类型对蛇床子的化学成分进行分类,并且对其主要的生物活性进行综述。结果蛇床子含有多种化学成分,主要含香豆素类化合物,此外还有色原酮类,苯并呋喃类,糖类,以及萜醇类等多种化合物。药理方面,蛇床子具有降压、抗菌、抗病毒及抗炎和抗肿瘤等生物活性。结论为蛇床子的研究与开发提供了参考。Objective To review the studies on the chemical constituents and biological activities of the fruits of Cnidium monnieri. Methods Based on the chemical structral types of these compounds, the constituents were reviewed respectively. The main biological activities were also reviewed. Results The fruits of Cnidium monnieri contained many kinds of chemical constituents, primarily including coumarins, chromones, benzofurans, glucides, terpenoids, etc. In the pharmacological aspects, the fruits had the effects on the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, the immune system as well as the nervous system, they also had antiviral and antimutagenic activities. Conclusions This review provides a reference to the research and development of the fruits of Cnidium monnieri.
