摘　　要：根据涤纶氨纶包芯纱的性能，确定了涤锦弹力灯芯缄染整加工的工艺条件和参数。即织物先进行预缩，在175～180℃预家形30s，用4g/L的烧碱减量处理，然后采用小分子量、匀染性好的分散染料同浴染色，最后在185—190℃进行柔软定形，生产的产品质量和性能十分优良。Based on the properties of polyester-covered polyurethane core yarn, the reasonable process conditions and parameters of dyeing and finishing technology were introduced in details, that is the fabric pre-shrinking first, pre-setting 30 s at 175 - 180℃, deweighting with caustic soda 4 g/L, and then one bath dyeing with small molecular weight and evenness disperse dyes, and finally softening and setting at 185- 190℃;. As a result,the satisfactory product quality was obtained.
