摘　　要：非正式制度是制度结构中最为重要的方面,它对社会经济及市场秩序的影响远比正式制度的影响要大和更持久。中国在优化市场秩序和推进经济的稳定持续增长的过程中,加强非正式制度的建设显得十分重要。Informal institution plays great role in institution structure which exerts stronger and longer impact on social economy and market order. During the process of optimizing market order and increasing stable economy growth, it＇ s necessary to strengthen the construction of informal institution.
