世界证券期货交易所公司化改革对我国的启示

摘　　要：通过对世界证券期货交易所公司化改革内在动因的研究,认为交易所竞争、电子信息技术发展和融资便利是交易所公司化的直接原因,并对公司化后的交易所自律监管模式进行了探讨,总结了公司化后交易所自律监管的三种模式,提出了中国交易所公司化改革的具体战略步骤。the paper examined the intrinsic cause ot companlzanon tenaency oi global stock exchanges. Three causes are： competition among exchanges; development of electronic technology and convenience to finance. The paper also analyzed three self - regulatory mode of exchanges after companization and finally concluded with strategic companization step for Chinese stock exchanges.
