摘  要:采用络合-燃烧法以柠檬酸作为络合剂和燃料成功制备出了钙钛矿型质子导体BaZr0.68Ce0.17Y0.15O2.92(5BZCY),粉体经1000℃煅烧后就得到了单相产物。通过热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)和X射线衍射法(XRD)等手段详细研究了凝胶经燃烧成为多种氧化物/碳酸盐,再经煅烧得到单相产物的整个过程中所发生的变化,并结合产物的XRD衍射数据确定了晶体的结构,计算出了晶体的晶胞参数和理论密度。研究结果表明柠檬酸络合-燃烧法是一种有效的低温制备复杂复合氧化物的方法。The composite oxide with the composition of BaZr0.68Ce0.17Y0.15O2.925 has been considered as one of the distinguished perovskite proton conductors used at elevated temperature. In this paper, this kind of complex composite oxide was successfully synthesized by a route of chelating-combustion using citric as chelate agent and fuel. After the precursor powders were calcined at 1 000 ℃ for 5 h, the single-phase product was achieved. Since all metal ions are chelated by citric at molecule scale, this route is proved to be an effective method to synthesize complex composite oxides at reduced temperature. Furthermore, the process from the gel to the precursor powders until to the final product was analyzed by TG-DSC and XRD in detail. At the same time, the crystal structure and the cell parameters were determined by XRD data, on which basis the theoretical density of the crystal was calculated.
