摘  要:从隔膜在卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中的实际应用出发,对采用不同丝径纤维所组成的隔膜从抗穿刺性、带压吸液量、吸液速度及湿回弹力等方面进行了研究,以选出合适的隔膜组分。研究结果表明,为了避免电池短路,应尽量采用细丝径纤维组成的隔膜;而为了得到好的吸液量、抗压能力及酸液扩散能力,则应尽量采用粗丝径纤维组成的隔膜。所以卷绕式铅酸蓄电池所采用的隔膜应是复合型隔膜,即靠极板的两侧采用细丝径纤维,而中部采用粗丝径纤维。This paper studied the performance of anti-piercing, absorbing acid amount under pressure, absorbing acid velocity and damp elasticity of the AGM separators made of various-diameter fiber, in order to determine the appropriate composition of the separator in practical application. The results show that the separator composed of fine fiber should be used in order to avoid battery short circuit; on the other hand, the separator composed of thick fiber should be applied in order to get good performances of electrolyte-absorbing amount, pressure bearing and acid diffusing. Therefore, the separator of sides spiral lead-acid battery should, be a recombinant separator, it means the both layers close to the plate are made of thin fiber and the middle is made of thick fiber.
