摘　　要：对上海市中心图书馆“网上联合知识导航站”进行了统计和分析,认为在一定条件下,要实现知识服务是可能的;并且阐述了实现知识服务的保障和发展方向。In this paper, the author analyzes statistics data of ＂VRD of the Shanghai Centre Library＂, points out under certain condition, it is possible to carry out knowledge service, and discusses its guarantee and developing direction.
