摘　　要：文章从城市规划理论角度阐述了基于构建和谐社会科学发展观的生态社区的基本理念,提出创建城市和谐社区的设计模式,以及城市生态社区的基本规划设计理念,实现城市生态、环境建设、社区发展之间的动态平衡,以及推进城市经济可持续发展,有着重要的意义与应用价值。The article interprets the basic theory of ecological community based upon establishing harmonious social science development value from the angle of urban layout theory, put forwards that it is of great importance and practical value for building design pattern of establishing urban harmonious community and basic layout design theory of urban ecological community and realizing the dynamic balance among urban ecology, environmental construction and community development and promoting the sustainable development of urban economy.
