莲花路商业旅游步行街区地下空间规划探讨

摘　　要：莲花路街区是珠海市最具城市气氛和城市特征的地区,由于历史原因导致了混杂与兴旺并存。通过合理开发地下空间,可以改变由于长期无序发展造成的街区混乱的状态,进一步增加街区的凝聚力,改善街区环境。文章着重对莲花路街区地下空间规划中商业结构、交通以及城市公共空间的规划进行了探讨。通过地下停车系统解决街区停车混杂局面,并辅以完善的地下步行系统,有效地组织了街区动静态交通;在原有商业中心的基础上增加两条地下商业街,既提高街区商业凝聚力又创造了地面的绿化景观带,将原有莲花路街区改造成集商业、休闲、文化娱乐于一体的立体化综合性街区。Lianhua Road Block is a district in Zhuhai City with the most metropolitan atmosphere and characteristics, Due to the historical reasons, there are farrago and flourish coexisted. Through reasonable development of underground space, the state of disorder at this block caused by long-time out-of-order development would be changed, the agglomeration in the block be strengthened and the environment be improved. In this paper, the emphases at Lianhua Road Block are put on commercial structure plan, traffic plan and containable space plan of the city. With the help of underground parking system and perfect underground walking system, the dynamic and static traffics are effectively organized. Two underground commercial axes are added, which enhances the commercial agglomeration force and creates the viewscence belts on the ground. Therefore, the former Lianhus Road Block has been changed into a tridimensional integrated block of commerce and entertainment.
