摘　　要：[目的]客观评价新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构服务质量,确保新农合持续健康发展。[方法]采用现场流行病学调查方法。[结果]全体调查对象对各定点医疗机构服务条件的评价分布差异分别都有统计学意义(P<0.001)。参合农民与医务人员对各定点医疗机构的总体满意度和选择就诊的评价分布差异分别都有统计学意义(P<0.001)。经非条件Logistic回归分析表明,参合农民选择村卫生室就诊的主要原因是医生服务态度好,收费低,随时都可以看病,交通方便等。医务人员选择县医院就诊的主要原因是医疗技术水平较好,需要的药基本都有,总体满意度较高等。[结论]各级定点医疗机构服务质量一般。建议有关卫生主管部门积极推进乡村卫生机构建设,控制医疗收费。[Objective] To objectively appraise the service quality in the assigned health providing settings of New Rural Cooperative Medical System to ensure the sustainable and smooth development of the System. [Methods] The approach of Epidemical Field Research was applied. [Results] There were statistical significant differences （ P〈0.001 ） in the whole respondents＇ appraisal distributions on the health service conditions of the assigned health providing settings. There were also respective statistical significant differences （P〈0.001） both in the appraisal distributions of the participants and medical staff on the total satisfactory degree and visiting choice of the various settings. Through analyzing the data by Non-conditional Logistic Regression Analysis, it indicated that the main reasons, which caused the participants to visit the village clinics, were as follows： firstly, the doctors had good manners; secondly, the medical charges were lower; thirdly, the participants could visit doctors at any moment; and finally, the clinics are located in the village so that it is easy for villagers to visit. The findings also showed the main reasons causing medical staff to visit the county hospital, involving the skillful doctors, enough kinds of needed medications and high degree of total satisfactory. [Conclusion] The service quality of various assigned health setting was just at common level. It was suggested that the concerned management sectors should advance the organization construction of rural health and control medical charges as well.
