摘　　要：针对科研评价体系建设方面的不足,应用层次分析法(AHP)构建了一套科学合理、简明易行、操作性强的高校教师科研能力评价指标体系,为科研人员技术职称评定和技术岗位考核等提供重要的参考和评价标准,为高校实现科研量化管理和规范管理服务。Facing the deficiency of the construction of scientific research evaluation criterion system, AHP structure, a scientific, concise and easy for operating evaluation system for the teachers＇ scientific research ability in high school has come out. It can supply important reference and evaluation criterion for technology assess of the scientific researchers and serve for the realization of standardization management of scientific research in high school.
