摘 要:介绍了固定于质量为零的基础之上、并随基础上下运动的抽油杆柱纵向振动的一维有阻尼波动方程,应用振型叠加法求解了抽油杆柱波动方程,从而可将偏微分方程的数值解转化成常微分方程组的数值解,并以单级杆柱为例阐述了周振型叠加法求解抽油杆柱波动方程的全过程。由于常微分方程组数值解的特点,上述方法可以很方便地模拟井下泵的边界条件,且适用于不同材料的组合杆柱。应用结果表明,这种方法具有运算量少、节省计算机运算时间和预测精度较高等优点。The one-dimensional damped wave equation for the longitudinal vibration of the sucker rod string fixed on a zero-mass base and moving upward and downward with the base is introduced, and the wave equation for the rod string is solved by the vibrating mode superposition method, thereby the numerical solution of the partial differential equation can be transformed into that of the ordinary differential equation. The boundary condition of the subsurface pump can be conveniently simulated by the above-mentioned method, and the method is applicable for combined strings of different materials. Application shows that this method has the advantages of simple operation sequence and high accuracy of prediction.
