经阴道三维超声对早期诊断输卵管妊娠的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道三维超声对早期诊断输卵管妊娠中的临床价值。方法49例输卵管妊娠患者分别用经阴道三维成像和二维超声成像检查,并将两种方法的结果进行比较,其中36例经手术证实,12例保守治疗成功。结果经阴道三维超声能更好显示病灶内部的细微结构,提高了输卵管妊娠的早期诊断率。结论经阴道三维超声对早期诊断输卵管妊娠具有重要价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of three - dimensional transvaginal ultrasound（3D - TVS） to digagnose tubal pregnancy early. Methods fourty - nine cases with tubal pregnancy were examined by 3D - TVS and 2D ultrasound then compare the two methods. The digagnosis for the 36 cases were confirmed by operation, the other 12 cases accepted the conservative treatment successfully. Results 3D - TVS gives a clear stereoscopic view the abnormalities and prove the diagnosis of tubal early pregnancy. Conclusion 3D - TVS is useful for early diagnosis of tubal pregnanacy.
