不同剂量美百乐镇降脂作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察不同剂量美百乐镇降脂作用，选择疗效确切安全地美百乐镇降脂的最佳药物剂量。方法选择我科2003—01-2005—01住院高血脂症患者266例。所有入选患者4周内未用任何降脂药物。其中，男151例，女115例。两组在性别、年龄、治疗前血脂上无显著差异。A组服用美百乐镇l片／（次·d）^-1，疗程8周。B组服用美百乐镇2片／（次·d）^-1，疗程8周。A组、B组用药前及疗程结束后，查血脂（胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯）、肝肾功能。结果美百乐镇能显著降低胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯，显著升高高密度脂蛋白，增大美百乐镇用量可以提高疗效。结论美百乐镇能安全有效降低血脂，增大美百乐镇用量可以提高疗效。Objective To observe the decreasing blood lipid action with varied dosage of mevalotin and select the best dosage with safe effect. Methods 266 cases of hyperlipemia patient hospitalized from 2003 to 2005 within 4 weeks taking nothing decreasing lipid drug were selected and to be divided into two groups. There were 151 cases of male and 115 cases of female and there was no difference before therapy in sex, age and lipid. Group A was treated with a tablet per day in 8 weeks as a course. Group B was treated with two tablets per day in 8 weeks as a course. The blood lipid lab and liver function were detected before and after therapy. Results The mevalotin could decrease the cholesterol, LDL and TG with better effect of increasing dosage. Conclusion The mevalotin might decrease the blood lipidsafely with good effeet which might be improved with increasing dosage.
