摘　　要：目的探讨阻碍听神经瘤患者早期就诊的原因。方法采用深入访谈法对96名听神经瘤患者进行逐步深入主题的访谈20～30min。结果患者的认知水平是阻碍听神经瘤患者早期就诊的主要因素，而患者的健康状况、医疗负担、工作性质和就诊的方便度为次要因素。结论神经外科的医护人员应大力宣传神经外科知识，应用生物·心理·社会这一现代医学模式去对待每一位患者，完善社会普查保健系统。Objective To discuss the causes that interfering patients with acoustic neuroma from early seeing treatment. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with acoustic neuroma were interviewed for 20 to 30 min by step-by-step in-depth interview for subjects. Results The level of cognition was the decisive cause that interfering patients with acoustic neuroma from early seeking treatment. The other causes included health status, medical expense, employment, and convenience to clinics. Conclusion Neurosurgery health providers should disseminate knowledge of neurosurgery, treat every patient by bio-psycho-social mode, and imDrove social general investigation of health care system.
