摘　　要：本文阐述了民法商法化的起源和定义,简要分析了民法商法化的具体表现,意义。并以民法商法化为切入口,分析了民法与商法的界限,对民法和商法的立法模式作了简要的探讨。This thesis analyses the origin and the definition of ＂the commercial law trend of civil law＂. Based on this, it analyses the boundary of civil law and commercial law, and investigates the legislation mode of civil law and commercial law.
