多普勒超声心动图对胎儿新生儿婴儿及幼儿心室舒张功能的评价

摘　　要：运用多普勒超声心动图分别检测胎儿、新生儿、婴儿及幼儿心室舒张功能。结果显示：胎儿左右房室瓣口血流ＰＦＶ、ＶＴＩ及ＰＰＧ均为Ｅ＜Ａ，左右心室舒张功能处于生理性非健全期；新生儿右房室瓣口血流转变为Ｅ＞Ａ，示右室松弛性的转变先于左室，心室舒张功能处于生理性过渡期；婴儿左右房室瓣口血流均为Ｅ＞Ａ，但ＭＶＯ比值较小，心室舒张功能处于正常过渡期；幼儿左右房室瓣口血流各项参数均为Ｅ＞Ａ，比值为ＭＶＯ＞ＴＶＯ，ＩＶＲＴ明显延长，表明人体心室舒张功能从此进入正常期。It was detected that the diastolic function of fetus, newborn, infant and young child by Doppler echocardiography. The results showed the PFV, PPG, VTI of the flow of left and right atrioventricular valve orifices of fetus were early - disatole < late - diastole, so that suggest the ventricular diastolic function of fetus take in a physical non completeness stage;the flow of right atrioventricular valve orifice of newborn had been changed to E >A,to suggest that Chang of the relaxation of RV was precedence LV, over the ventricular diastolic function take in a physical transitional staged it had been changed to E>A that the flow of left and right atrioventricular valve orifices of infant, but the E/A ratio of MVO was smaller, the ventricular diastolic function take in a normal transitional stage; all date about flow of left and right atrioventricular orifices of the young child had been changed to E>A, the E/A ratio was MV>TV, IVRT was obviously lengther, showed the ventricular diastolic function of human since that get into normal stage.
