肾活检在急性肾功能衰竭诊断和治疗中的意义

摘　　要：为明确病因诊断,对10例急性肾功能衰竭患者做了肾活检。2例肺出血—肾炎综合征及2例急性间质性肾炎经活检证实。但6例临床诊为“急进性肾炎”者仅2例被证实为新月体性肾炎。此结果表明肾活检对急性肾功能衰竭的病因诊断和治疗具有重要意义。To make etiological diagnosis of acute renal failure (ARF), renal biopsies were taken in ten cases with ARF. Two cases with Goodpasture Syndrome and two with acute interstitial nephritis were histopathologically proven. Only two cases with crescent GN were comfirmed in the other six 'RPGN' patients clinically diagnosed. These results indicate the important role of renal biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of ARF.
