国产与进口注射用头孢米诺钠治疗呼吸系统细菌感染性疾病的随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价国产注射用头孢米诺钠治疗常见致病菌引起的呼吸系统细菌感染性疾病的疗效和安全性。方法以进口头孢米诺钠为对照药,进行随机对照临床试验研究。国产品与进口品剂量均为2g静脉滴注,bid,疗程7-14 d。结果国产注射用头孢米诺钠治疗呼吸道感染的临床痊愈率为75．0％,与进口注射用头孢米诺钠71．6％相比无显著性差异；总有效率试验组86．7％,对照组88．3％；细菌清除率试验组87．2％,对照组83．3％；不良反应发生率试验组5．0％,对照组3．3％,两组相比差异均无统计学意义。结论国产注射用头孢米诺钠治疗临床常见的致病菌引起的呼吸系统感染临床疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic cefminox sodium for injection in the treatment of moderate to severe respiratory tract bacterial infection. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted with domestic and imported cefminox sodium for injection for the treatment of hospitalized patients with respiratory tract infection. Both drugs were administered intravenously at a dosage of 2g twice daily for 10 - 14 days. Results The cure rates were 75.0% and 71.6%, the efficacy rates were 86. 7% and 88.3%, the bacterial clearance rate were 87.2% and 86. 3%, the adverse reaction rate were 5.0% and 3.3% respectively in domestic and imported cefminox groups. Results showed that there was no statistical difference in the clinical efficacy and safety between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Domestic cefminox sodium for injection is effective and safe for the treatment of respiratory tract infection.
