摘  要:探索了将真空扩散焊技术应用于分层实体制造(LOM),并对多层薄壁不锈钢做造型材料的喷墨打印喷头的分层实体的扩散焊工艺进行了研究。表明,焊后各类变形是主要的缺陷。变形类型有一侧开口翘起变形、宏观翘曲变形、表面起皱与局部塌陷变形等。焊接温度由于决定了焊合率而起着决定性作用。高的焊合率使变形控制成为可能。采用焊后冷却过程中加顶锻压力的方法,可以消除残余应力,抑制宏观翘曲变形。Diffusion bonding was used for laminated object manufacturing (LOM). LOM for ink-jet printing head of multilayer stainless steel by vacuum diffusion bonding was studied experimentally. It shows that various thermal deformations occurred as main defects in the process, such as buckling deformation,surface wrinkling and carving deformation. The results show that the bonding temperature plays key role in the process because of its effects on welding rate, in which adequate welding rate makes the deformation controllable; whereas the pressure and its acting mode adjusts the deformation. Residual thermal stress and apparently suppress the macro warping deformation can be eliminated by instantaneously adopting upset pressure during cooling down can eliminate.
