针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益活通络汤配合针灸治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照40例,2组均给予控制血糖、改善循环,营养神经治疗,治疗组加用中药益活通络汤与针灸治疗。结果:治疗组总疗效、症状疗效及肌电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变有一定疗效。Objective: To observe the effect of the treatment of terminal nerve affection of diabetes patients(II) with the combination of decoction that reinforces qi to promote blood circulation and activate meridian and acupuncture.Methods: 100 hundred diabetes patients were divided into one test group with 60 patients and one control group with 40 patients at random sample.The two groups were equally given the treatment of controlling blood sugar,promoting blood circulation and nurturing nerves,but the test group was added with the treatment of decoction that reinforces qi to promote blood circulation and activate meridian and acupuncture.Results: The total,symptomatic and electromyogram effectiveness of the test group is superior to that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of terminal nerve affection of diabetes patients(II) with of the combination of the decoction and acupuncture has a certain effect.
