六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例阴虚火旺型围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予六味地黄丸配合生脉注射液三阴交穴位注射治疗,对照组30例予倍美力及安宫黄体酮治疗。观察2组疗效和用药后副反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而治疗组副反应则明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征属阴虚火旺者疗效确切,副作用少,优于西药激素替代疗法。Objective To observe the effec of combined Liuweidihtuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injection of pulse-activating injection on patients with pefimenopausal syndrome. Methods 60 patients with pefimenopausal syndrome differentiated as type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were orally administered Liuweidihuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injected pulse-activating injection. 30 patients in the control group were treated with Premarin and Progesterone. The effective rate and the adverse reaction were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rote in the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 80% respectively （ P 〈 0.05）. Codusion There is a definite effect of combined Liuweidihuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injection of pulse - activating injection on patients with pefimenopausal syndrome.
