痰瘀并治法对单纯性肥胖大鼠治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痰瘀并治法对单纯性肥胖大鼠的治疗效果及作用机制。方法给予高脂饲料制备单纯营养性肥胖大鼠模型,造模成功后分别以化痰方、活血方、痰瘀并治方及西药对照药治疗4周。观察小鼠治疗后体重及体重指数、瘦素、生长激素和胰岛素水平。结果痰瘀并治可明显降低单纯性肥胖大鼠体重、体重指数、瘦素、胰岛素水平,升高生长激素水平。结论痰瘀并治法治疗单纯性肥胖较单纯化痰、活血法疗效好。Objective To explore the clinical effect and actional machanism of therapy of depleting phlegm and stagnant blood on experimental rat with simple obesity. Methods Simple alimentary obesity rat models were made with feeding high rich fat food. The model rats were randomly divided into four groups and administrated dissipated phlegm Chinese herbs, promoting blood flow Chinese herbs, depleting phlegm and stagnant blood Chinese herbs and western medicine respectively. The level of weight, weight index, leptin, growth hormone and insulin were observed after treatment of four weeks. Results The level of weight, weight index, leptin and insulin of the model rats received the treatment of deplete phlegm and stangant blood significant decreased and the level of growth hormone significantly increased compared with other kinds of treatment. Conclusion There is a good effect of treatment of deplete of phlegm and stagnant blood on simple obesity.
