膝屈曲挛缩矫正角度与坐骨神经延长率的计算

摘　　要：本文介绍计算膝屈曲挛缩矫正角度与坐骨神经延长率关系的公式。临床将此计算公式用于矫正高度膝屈曲挛缩４７例，无神经牵拉伤发生。应用此公式的三个必备条件是股骨、胫骨长度，神经与膝关节中点之间的距离以及膝屈曲挛缩的原始角度。A formula is presented in this paper, which is for calculating one stage corrective angle and rate of lengthenig of sciatic nerve in knee flexion contracture.We used this method for correction of severe knee flexion contracture in 47 patients and no traction injury of nerve occured.Three essential factors for the formula are the length of femur and tibia,distance between nerve and middle point of knee joint,and origional angle of knee flexion contracture.
