摘 要:某钢筋混凝土六层框架结构住宅楼的底层角柱受到重型卡车的猛烈撞击,损毁严重。由于结构的整体作用,上部结构暂时没有损坏。在迅速设置了临时支撑后,我们在柱两侧增设钢柱,并应用后锚固技术制作转换节点,将上部荷载传递到增设的钢柱上。确认转换支承体系达到承载能力后,将损坏的柱拆除,并原样恢复。从开始制作转换结构到其达到承载能力,使房屋脱离危险状态,仅用14天时间,在此期间上部结构未产生任何裂缝。该方法可作为底层托换工程的参考。A comer column in ground floor of a six-floor RC frame structure residence was heavy impacted by a heavy-duty truck. The upper structure has not been damaged as the integrated structure. Following the installation of the temporary support, on both side of RC colunm, we set steel colunm to which the upper loads could be transmitted by a node made by using the post-installed fastenings technology. Being confirmed the transmission supporting system reach the bearing capacity, the damaged column was removed, and than an original style column was rebuild. From the making transmission system to the building disengage dangerous situation, the work last only 14 days. During this period no creaks occurred on the upper structure. The method presented in this paper is available as reference for ground floor underpinning.
