摘　　要：目的探讨胎膜早破发生的相关因素,其与早产、难产的关系及胎膜早破破膜时间与围产儿结局的关系。方法对396例胎膜早破进行回顾性分析。结果胎膜早破与生殖道感染、胎位不正等关系密切,发生早产占15.4%,胎膜早破难产率明显高于非胎膜早破(P<0.01),破膜时孕周早晚与围产儿病死率成负相关。结论胎膜早破与生殖道感染、胎位不正等关系密切,与难产互为因果,对围产儿有明显影响。Objective： To explore the related factors on the genesis and premature, difficult labor, the PRFM time and results. and the premature rupture of fetal membranes （PRFM）. Methods ： With retrospective analysis for PRFM in 396 cases. Results ： There is closely related of PRFM with reproductive tract infection, abnormal fetal position, and the incidence rate of premature is 15.4%. The difficuh labor rate of PRFM were obvious higher than non - PRFM （P 〈0. 01 ）. It is nective correlation of the gestational weeks in rupture membrane and the fatality rate of perinatal infanth. Conclusion ： To have closely related of PRFM and reprodutive tract infection, abnormal fetal position, to have the cause and effect relation of difficult labor, and to have obvious effect for perinatal infants.
