摘　　要：军队医院效益的和谐发展,是现阶段改革和发展进入攻坚阶段的客观要求。本文通过对军队医院的效益构成和和谐发展的特征要求的分析,提出了军队医院构建效益和谐发展体系的关键要素。Harmonious development of the military hospitals＇ benefit is the objective require of the reform and development. This article analyses the elements of hospital benefit and the characteristics of harmonious development and points out the key factors to built up harmonious development system of military hospitals＇ benefits.
