摘 要:目的:寻求军队人员卫生服务需要量综合评价方法,为合理组织卫生服务和优化军队卫生资源配置提供科学依据。方法:应用TOPSIS法对西北地区不同军兵种、不同类别军队人员的6项主要卫生服务需要量指标进行综合评价。结果:该区陆军人员卫生服务需要量最高,空军人员次之,总装人员最低。按人员类别分析,现役人员中士官的卫生服务需要量最高,其它依次为团以下干部、义务兵和师以上干部。结论:TOPSIS法应用于评价军队人员卫生服务需要量方法简便,结果真实可靠、易于解释,适宜推广应用。Objective:To explore a way of comprehensive evaluation of health services needs of military personnel, so as to provide for scientific ground for health services rationalization and optimal military health resource distribution. Methods:A comprehensive evaluation was made on six main indices of health services needs of service - specific and rank - specific military members in Northwest China with TOPSIS. Results: Among service - specific military members, the armies had the highest health services needs. Air force members had higher. Members of General Armament had the lowest. According to the ranks of military members in the active army, the analysis of the needs showed that non - commissioned officers had the highest health services needs. The arrangement of other members was below regimental officers, soldiers and above division commanders. Conclusion:Using TOPSIS to evaluate health services needs of military personnel was simple and convenient. The evaluating results were reliable, practical and easy to explanation. Thus it was suitable for different degrees of health administrations to apply with.
