摘　　要：目的了解广东省4城区社区卫生服务机构服务网络建设情况。方法采用实地调查和深入访谈的方式。结果广东省4城区社区卫生服务机构服务网络的建设总体较好,但在机构布局、设施完善、双向转诊等方面存在差异。结论在社区卫生服务中,要进一步完善服务网络建设,促使社区卫生服务健康发展。Objective Survey on development of community health service （CHS） network in four urban districts of Guangdong province. Methods The application of field investigation and deep interview. Results The network in CHS in the four districts is good, however, there are some significant discrepancies such as Organization distribution, improvement of equipment and dual referral. Conclusion In the process of community health service, the construction of CHS network should be improved so as to make CHS develop healthily.
