摘  要:目的:观察肺心汤对慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠的作用。方法:将大鼠置有机玻璃缺氧箱中,缺氧28天,每天缺氧8h,建立大鼠慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压模型,缺氧第15天灌胃给药,于末次给药后次日测肺动脉压(mPAP)、股动脉压(mAP)、氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积。结果:肺心汤14、28g/kg能降低全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞压积;肺心汤28g/kg能降低mPAP,对mAP、PaO2和PaCO2无明显影响。结论:肺心汤选择性的作用于肺循环,降低血液粘稠度是其治疗肺动脉高压的机制之一。Objective: To observe effects of Feixin Tang(FXT) on the chronic hypoxia pulmonary hypertension tats. Methods: To place the rat into organic glass box with oxygen - poor 28 days, 8 hours every day. To establish the model of chronic hypoxia pulmonary hypertension rats, the drug was taken by intragastric administration after 15 days oxygen -poor, the second day after the last administration, some targets, mPAP, mAP, PaO2, PaCO2, viscosity of whole blood and blood plasma,VPC should be examined. Result: the FXT could reduced the viscosity of whole blood and blood plasma, VPC with the concentration of 14,28g/kg; the FXT could reduce mPAP in the concentration of 28g/kg, mAP, PaO2, PaCO2, without obvious effect on mAP, PaO2, PaCO2. Conclusion: It is one of mechanisms treated the pulmonary hypertension that the FXT improve pulmonary circulation selectively and reduce the blood viscosity.
