疏肝理脾片中白芍的提取工艺比较及工艺条件的优选

摘  要:目的:优选疏肝理脾片中白芍的提取工艺。方法:比较多种提取工艺,如煎煮法(原工艺)、超声法、渗漉法、浸渍法,并进一步利用正交设计筛选白芍的最佳提取工艺条件,采用高效液相色谱仪测定芍药苷的含量,作为评价指标。结果:最佳工艺为超声法,最佳提取条件是取白芍饮片在40℃~50℃条件下超声30min,提取3次,芍药苷含量较高。结论:优选得到的工艺简单易行,且较稳定。Objective: Optimizing the abstraction technology of paeoniae alba in Shuganlipi Tablet. Method: To compare the many abstraction technologies, for example: decocting method; ultraphonic method; percolation method;pickling process. Furthermore, the best technological condition was selected with orthognnal design; the content of peoniflorin was determined with HPLC as the estimative targets. Result: the best technology was ultraphonic method, the best abstraction conditions was to with 30min hypersound at the temperature 40℃~50℃, and abstract three times, there was a higher content of the peonlnorin. Conclusion: the technology with optimization is sample and stable.
