摘　　要：本文对浙江省乌龙山抽水蓄能电站在华东电网中的五大战略价值和十大战略优势进行了战略性研究,并认为乌龙山抽水蓄能电站站址是我国目前抽水蓄能电站建设条件最好,综合技术经济指标最优的站址之一。There are five strategic values and ten strategic advantages of Wulongshan pumped storage station which belongs to East China electric system. It also points out that at present, the Wulongshan pumped storage station is one among the best constructed conditions and most excellent technical and economic targets of all the hydroelectric stations in Zhejiang province.
