摘  要:用浸渍及甲醛还原法制备了系列Ru/C催化剂,在0.5 MPa、120℃下测得葡萄糖加氢制山梨醇的催化活性.运用程序升温还原TPR(temperature programmed reduction)技术,研究了不同制备方法、钌负载量的Ru/C催化剂的表面还原性质,并将结果与葡萄糖加氢制山梨醇的活性相关联.结果表明,在催化剂制备过程中,有机助剂的加入,使得钌与活性炭载体之间的作用力增强,催化剂的还原温度从89℃升高至104℃.钌负载量的不同,催化剂表面性质存在较大差异,致使催化剂的活性和还原性发生明显变化,含钌量为5%(W/W)的催化剂活性最高.Ru/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation of C supported with RuCl3 solution followed by chemical reduction with HCHO solution, their catalyst activities were studied by the reaction of glucose hydrogenation to produce sorbitol at 0.5MPa, 120℃. The surface reduction characters of Ru/C catalyst prepared with different methods was studied under different content of ruthenium in the Ru/C catalysts with TPR (temperature programmed reduction). The result was compared with the activity of the catalyst in the reaction of glucose hydrogenation to produce sorbitol. The results indicated that, the organic promoter added in the catalyst can enhance interaction between Ru and active carbon, the reduction temperature of the catalyst was also risen from 89℃ to 104℃. The activity of catalyst changed as the Ru loading content and 5 % Ru is optimal for the catalyst activity.
