三伏灸治疗支气管哮喘血浆中分子含量变化的临床观察

摘　　要：三伏灸治疗19例支气管哮喘,治疗前血浆MMS 2779±224u/L(±s),与福州地区健康人群血浆MMS 2290±220u/L(±s)比较,明显升高(P<0.01);经三伏灸治疗后血浆MMS 2466±183u/L(±s),虽然仍高于正常值,但与治疗前比较,显现有意义下降(P<0.01),说明三伏灸治疗支气管哮喘的机制与降低MMS含量有关。Sanfujiu(Moxbustion on three periods of dog days)waft used to treat 79 cases of bronchial asthma. The plasma MMS (middle molecule substance)before treatment (2779±224u/L) was obviously higher than that in normal people in Fuzhou Area (2290±220u/L)(P<0.01). And the MMS after treatment (2466±183u/L) obviously reduced (P<0.01), even it was higher than that of normal value. It indicates that the mechanism of Sanfujiu for treating bronchial asthma is related to the reduce of MMS contents.
