针刺治疗颈椎病椎动脉型34例疗效观察

摘　　要：用客观指标脑电图波幅(Ω)和临床症状眩晕程度,对采取两种方法治疗颈椎病椎动脉型在治疗前后的临床疗效进行比较。结果显示:针药治疗组的疗效优于单纯药物组。提示采取针药综合治疗对预防颈椎病椎动脉型进一步发展,防止脑血管意外,是一种有效的方法。Two kinds of different methods were used in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy with vertebral artery type. With the Changes of the wave amplitude of electroencephalograph and the severity of dizziness, the effects before and after treatment were compared. The result showed that the effect in the group of integrated acupuncture and drugs was better than that in single drugs group. It indicates that the combination of acupuncture with drugs is one of the effective methods for stopping the development of this disease and for the prevention of cerebrovascular accident.
